ANCESTRY – FAMILY HISTORY – GENEALOGY – LOCAL HISTORY
Genealogy has grown to epic proportions over the last few years with interest and practice rapidly becoming a global epidemic! We are a small, professional team of genealogists, family & local historians researching utilising a combination of traditional methods & genetic (DNA) genealogy to present the clearest, most accurate picture possible.
Don’t let your family history/genealogical research sit in a box never to see the light of day again – use all those names, dates & locations to create an interesting, rich tapestry of your family history. Your ancestors were human, they battled, they loved, they travelled, they had children, got married, they worked, built businesses & towns, they integrated with their communities, they lost & they died. They weren’t just a name on a page. Let’s weave their life stories into a booklet with photos.
Local history research is seasonal – we endeavour to combine a few client projects at the same time in order to minimise costs. Local repositories, especially those in regional areas hold much information about the local history & we try to combine visits with chats to local business owners & residents where possible.
Please email us – familyhistoryhub at gmail to get started.
